FUR PEDIGREES was founded out of the need to provide an ethical and convenient alternative to pet shops and kitten farms, to enable Maine Coon lovers in the state to find world-class purebred Maine Coon cats from responsible and ethical breeder. Our kittens are micro-chipped, undergo a comprehensive health check and are certified by a veterinarian before delivery. We are a member of the outstanding cattery program for TICA that guarantees we are following their code of ethics proudly and ensuring all kittens are being treated in the loving manner they should be. We are located in Mancos Colorado. All our Maine coon Kings and Queens are DNA tested for HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) negative and Pkd (Polycyctic Kidney Disease) negative. Our Home Cattery has also been tested for FIV (Feline Aids), FeLV(Feline Leukaemia Virus) and our cattery is free of these diseases. We choose to be responsible breeder and Spay/Neutered kittens before they leave us. Usually between 12-16 weeks old, with the F3 VACCINE.
